I think Monina responded with a very playful tone. She made the microphone look very sophisticated. The image seems more positive to me than the original although, the lighting and lack of color still leads me to believe that the tone is still negative. She added to the personification of the microphone by placing it on a human torso. I like the idea, but I feel that the choice of suit makes it seem more like an aristocrat and less heroic than the original. This image is was transmitted through the representational and mechanical categories. I think that the noise of suit, affected my interpretation of the image.
